Refund, Returns & Limited Warranty Policy

 

Wholesale Trade Only

 

We are a wholesale jewellery manufacturer and sell exclusively to retail jewellers and trade professionals. We do not sell directly to consumers. All transactions are business-to-business and governed by the Uniform Commercial Code (UCC) as adopted in the applicable state.

Custom & Special Orders – Final Sale

 

All custom, bespoke, and special-order jewellery manufactured to purchaser specifications — including CAD renderings, drawings, stone selections, and design modifications — constitutes a specially manufactured good under UCC § 2-201.

Once:

• Specifications are approved in writing,

• CAD/designs are signed off, and

• Production has commenced,

the order is final and non-cancellable.

If goods conform to the specifications approved by the purchaser, they are deemed conforming goods under UCC § 2-601. End-customer dissatisfaction, change of mind, or resale difficulty does not constitute nonconformity and is not grounds for rejection, revocation of acceptance, cancellation, refund, or chargeback.

The purchasing jeweller bears sole responsibility for obtaining final customer approval prior to authorizing production.

Deposits & Cancellation

 

Deposits are non-refundable once production has begun. Specially manufactured goods may not be cancelled after manufacturing has commenced.

 

Inspection & Acceptance

 

Pursuant to UCC § 2-606 and § 2-607:

• Purchaser must inspect goods promptly upon receipt.

• Written notice of any claimed defect must be provided within [X] days of delivery.

• Failure to provide timely notice constitutes acceptance of the goods.

 

Limited Warranty – Manufacturing Defects Only

 

We warrant solely that goods will conform to the approved specifications at the time of delivery.

If a genuine manufacturing defect is confirmed upon inspection, our sole obligation — and purchaser’s exclusive remedy under UCC § 2-719 — shall be, at our discretion:

• Repair of the item

• Replacement of the item

• Issuance of a credit

Refunds are not provided.

This warranty does not cover:

• Errors in specifications, measurements, or instructions supplied by purchaser

• Approved design elements or stone selections

• Natural gemstone variations

• Normal wear and tear

• Damage occurring after delivery

 

Disclaimer of Warranties

 

Except as expressly stated above, all goods are sold “AS IS.” We disclaim all other warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to:

• Implied warranty of merchantability (UCC § 2-314)

• Implied warranty of fitness for a particular purpose (UCC § 2-315)

 

Limitation of Liability

 

To the fullest extent permitted under UCC § 2-719:

• Our liability is strictly limited to the purchase price of the goods supplied.

• We shall not be liable for consequential, incidental, special, or lost-profit damages.
