All shipments are insured for their declared value.

Pursuant to UCC § 2-509:

  • Risk of loss passes to the purchaser upon delivery of the goods to the carrier.

  • Title to goods passes upon shipment unless otherwise agreed in writing.

We are not liable for loss, theft, or damage occurring in transit once goods have been delivered to the carrier.

In the event of carrier loss or damage:

  • Purchaser agrees to cooperate fully in any carrier insurance claim.

  • Our responsibility is limited to assisting with claim documentation.

  • Our liability shall not exceed the purchase price of the goods in accordance with UCC § 2-719.
